At Exnara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Send an email to exnara0@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, send us an email at exnara0@gmail.com with your order details.
